How does the Process Work?

Step 1 – Our team comes to your facility and examines the location and then evaluates the plans that you are looking to accomplish. The budget is provided and then the options and scenarios are discussed.

Step 2 – Our team jumps head first into research of how to mesh together your dream into a functional line that can be replicated without our involvement for the second round. We like to keep it simple.

Step 3 – As the machines arrive at your facility we come onsite and begin the process of inspection and implementation for the overhaul or the installation of the machinery.

Step 4 – We do dry fire tests with all the machinery and provide an extensive outline of how your line functions. At this stage, the purchaser can change the line or change the process as needed, as long as the line allows it.

Step 5 – We leave and offer technical support up to a year, on or off site.

Step 6 – You begin operating your line and watch how your dream of manufacturing comes to life!
